Sales Specialist for Glass

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist for Glass to join our construction company based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in glass product sales within the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the glass construction sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and propose appropriate glass products and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure customer specifications are met.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote company offerings.

- Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or similar role in the construction glass industry.
- Strong knowledge of glass products and applications in construction projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field is preferred.

Salary:
SAR 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
