Sales Supervisor - Dental

Kinetic has partnered with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Sales Supervisor - Dental to be based in Jeddah .

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Ensuring that the team meets the sales target assigned to them.
- Delegating short-term targets for the team members.
- Assist sales teams during technical discussions.
- Conducting market research to identify new potential customers.
- Collecting weekly reports from the team about their target, market research, and new products in the market.

- A Degree in Dentistry is preferred.
- Proven sales experience within the Medical Devices sector.
- Must have strong dental equipment/consumables/implant sales experience.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi market, dynamics, and trends.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
