Sales Support Officer

Job responsibilities:
• Docking the business notices issued by the headquarters team, learning and explaining them in time, collecting problems in the process of business promotion and promotion and feeding them back to the headquarters to ensure the information symmetry between front-line business and back-line functional departments;
• Timely answer questions and reply for sales data and performance assessment consultation, and meet the regular data needs of the sales team;
• Cooperate with superiors to improve the training system and promote the effective operation of the training enabling mechanism;
• Responsible for cultural activities publicity and office culture building, including awareness activities publicity, poster making, H5 promotion, cultural wall and basic office atmosphere building;
• Assisted the sales team in daily management, provided administration, conference organization, contracts, materials and fixed assets management, including rental, rental, tax processing, reimbursement, purchase and other logistics support;

Basic job requirements:
• Skilled use of conventional office software, can deal with general difficulty business data
• With good communication skills, can quickly coordinate the internal team to promote the solution of problems
• Cheerful personality, meticulous, practical, flexible, have a good team spirit
• Fluent in Arabic listening, speaking and writing, able to communicate in English and Chinese

The following are preferred:
• Business administration, administration, human resources management and other related majors preferred
• Have training and empowerment work experience
