SAP ABAP & SAP CPI Consultant

Job description / Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP & SAP CPI Consultant to design, develop, and support SAP solutions across S/4HANA and integrated systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ABAP development and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), with the ability to build secure and scalable integrations with third-party systems.

SAP ABAP
• Develop and enhance Workflows and ABAP objects including Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, and Conversions (WRICEF).
• Develop and support RFCs, BAPIs, User Exits, BADIs, CDS Views, and IDocs.
• Perform debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution in Development and Production systems.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, coding standards, and transport procedures.
SAP CPI (Integration Suite)
• Design and develop iFlows using SAP CPI.
• Integrate SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.) with third-party applications.
• Work with adapters such as HTTP, HTTPS, OData, SOAP, SFTP, IDoc, and RFC.
• Implement message/value mappings, Groovy scripts, and exception handling.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize CPI interfaces.
• Manage security aspects including certificates, OAuth, and authentication.

• Strong experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Hands-on experience with SAP CPI / Integration Suite.
• Experience with S/4HANA (On-Premise or Cloud).
• Solid understanding of SAP integration architecture.
• Knowledge of OData, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.

Experience
• 6–9 years of overall SAP experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on SAP CPI experience preferred.
