Job Description

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the SAP environment, including system administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Implement and maintain SAP security policies, user roles, and authorizations to ensure data protection and compliance.
- Perform SAP Basis tasks such as system installations, upgrades, patches, backups, and performance tuning.
- Monitor SAP systems to ensure optimal performance and availability, addressing any issues proactively.
- Provide support for HCM Payroll and SF ECP, ensuring seamless payroll processing and integration with other HR systems.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to align SAP systems with business requirements and best practices.
- Conduct regular system audits and participate in compliance reviews to maintain system integrity.
- Support SAP system migrations, upgrades, and other projects as required.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP security and related systems.

Technical Skills

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Basis and Security administration.
- Expertise in SAP Basis, including system installation, upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Security concepts, including user management, role design, and authorization.
- Experience with SAP Monitoring tools and techniques.
- Proficient in HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (SF ECP).
- Familiarity with SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, and other SAP modules.
