SAP S4HANA - Solutions Manager

Job description / Role

My client is seeking a Manager with strong experience in SAP S4HANA to oversee the EO and Financial departments, specifically managing SAP MM, SAP FICO, SAP EAM, and Ariba modules. This is a managerial role without hands-on coding, leading a team of seven, with plans for future growth.

Description

- Participate in the design and implementation of E&O and Finance Solutions department's strategy and roadmap to support alignment with Enterprise Solutions directorate's strategy
- Establish E&O and Finance Solutions department's plans and provide input to Enterprise Solutions directorate's goals that support AI & AT business unit's overall strategic plans
- Participate in E&O and Finance Solutions department's budgeting cycle and provide input to the budgeting process
- Ensure effective utilization of E&O and Finance Solutions department's budget and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered
- Recommend improvements to E&O and Finance Solutions department's policies and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of activity, ensuring relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality and cost-effective results

- 6 to 8 years of experience in Organizational Design with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory position
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
