Saudi National - Decision Support Manager

Job description / Role

Our client is a multinational FMCG business with an office in Saudi, Jeddah.

We are looking for a Saudi National for this position. No other nationalities will be considered.

Responsibilities
• Provide key decision support to the Country Director & other Managers in the business
• Co-manage the forecasting process with the Supply Chain Manager
• Flawless and reliable complex rolling forecast management & planning for 2 years ahead
• Protect the company’s profit
• Own the Customer Cash-out Forecast
• Robust distributor management with respect to all financial matters in order to ensure smooth business operations
• Costs control (Salesforce)
• Monitor stock and expiry of products
• Establish business processes & workflows targeting efficiency
• Management of all internal controls

Salary:
SAR 40,000 to 44,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Saudi National – females are encouraged to apply
• MBA or equivalent finance degree
• 10 years’ work experience in a western MNC FMCG company in a senior finance role
• Strong management accounts experience
• A natural leader with high degree of emotional intelligence
• Sound knowledge of IFRS
• Advanced Excel
• Excellent presentation & communication skills
