Job description / Role
Client is a leading Shipping Company is urgently looking to hire Qualified Saudi National HR Manager to base in Dammam Saudi Office.
The position reports to the General Manager and work closely with Regional Management team with closely cooperates with Finance Head & Operation Head Director.
Requirements
- Saudi National with minimum of 10 years experience working as a Senior HR in Saudi preferable with Global companies
- You Must hold good communication skills and command of English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to make and Implement strategy, policies, processes.
- You will be support to local management team and line managers with advice/solutions in regards to people management such as workforce planning, re-organisations, recruitment, on boarding of new employees
- You must Secure the optimal organisational design structure in country
- Strong administration of employee documentation, contracts and letters writing skills
