Employment: Full Time

We currently have an opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer to join our expanding team in Riyadh to work on a range of challenging projects in our Building Services Engineering Practice based in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

- Mechanical building services engineering (HVAC), from concept design through to construction issue
- Carrying out design calculations on a variety of buildings within different sectors i.e. Mass transportation, buildings schools, hospitals, leisure facilities buildings,
- Aware of preparing technical specifications
- Aware of preparing drawings for drafting by our CAD team
- Report writing

Requirements

Requirements

- Saudi National
- Minimum degree classification of 2:1 (i.e. 3.2/4 GPA or above) in Mechanical Engineering. A further specialist (such as a MEng or Masters degree) would be an advantage
- No more than two (2.0) years of relevant work experience
- Drive and self motivation to achieve chartered status with the relevant institution
- Drive to continuously develop your technical & behavioural skills
- Ability to lead and work as part of a team
- Ability to apply technical knowledge in analysing problems and creating solutions
- Ability to work and communicate effectively in English (verbal & written) within multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Ability to adapt to changing environments
- Ability to multi-task and deliver to tight deadlines
- Ability to influence others
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make sound judgement

The Individual

- Ability to adapt to diverse cultures and working environments to build rapport with customers
- Experience of using written and spoken English within a business environment
