The Saudi National Sales Manager will lead and develop a team of 5-7 Medical Representatives to drive sales performance across Gastroenterology (Rx), CHC portfolios, and other upcoming portfolios in KSA.
This role requires a hands-on leader capable of delivering strong commercial results while contributing to building processes, structure, and team capability in a growing organization.
Client Details
Alfasigma is a global pharmaceutical organization with a strong European heritage and a portfolio of branded prescription products. The company is expanding its footprint in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, focusing primarily on Gastroenterology, Vascular and Consumer/Primary Care segments, with additional product launches planned in the near future.
In KSA, the business operates under a TSO model, managing its own field force while partnering with a local distributor for sponsorship and regulatory support.
Description
* Lead, coach, and manage a team of approximately 5-7 Medical Representatives across western region of KSA.
* Drive achievement of sales targets, KPIs, and market share objectives.
* Ensure effective execution of brand strategies within Gastroenterology (Rx) and upcoming CHC/RHC portfolios.
* Support and execute upcoming product launches in the CHC segment.
* Conduct regular field visits to monitor performance, provide coaching, and enhance team effectiveness.
* Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, in private and government sectors.
* Support key account management activities; KAM exposure is considered a plus.
* Contribute to forecasting, territory planning, and performance analysis.
* Participate in establishing internal processes, policies, and SOPs as part of the company's growth journey in KSA.
* Ensure compliance with local regulations and alignment with distributor operations within the TSO structure.
* Reporting to the Country Head of KSA.

Requirements:
* Saudi ntaional candidate wirh minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Sales Manager within a multinational pharmaceutical company.
* Proven people management experience with direct reports.
* Strong background in (Rx) and /or CHC is highly preferred.
* Experience with branded products; generics background alone will not be considered sufficient.
* Exposure to CHC/RHC portfolios and product launches is advantageous.
* Understand the principles of Key Account Management and has a good grasp of category management.
* Experience working with private and government sector accounts in KSA is advantageous
* Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a growing and evolving structure.
