Saudization Representative

Job description / Role

• Saudi local related work
• In charge of IKTVA reports for Company(yearly IKTVA)
• Manage and resolve any related IKTVA matter during IKTVA audit conducted by the Auditor and Client.
• Manage IKTVA Programs
• Responsible for providing updates on the overall IKTVA status
• In charge of IKTVA reports for three projects.(quarter IKTVA reports)
• Prepare and follow up with daily roster for three projects
• Prepare Saudization monthly reports for three projects.
• Follow up with saudization monthly timesheet.
• In charge of extranet (ISSR; CONTRACTOR_SERVICES) for issue Saudi Aramco ID
• In charge of extranet (DWO; Service entry sheet)
• In charge of extranet (claims)
• In charge of extranet (supplier evaluation)
• In charge of work permit for employees and cars (for working near gas plant).

Requirements

• IKTVA experience will be priority
• Saudi National people preferred
Creating reports related to contract’s manpower, Saudization and monthly reports.
• Communicate with Saudi Aramco about additional required
• Meet with projects management for coordinating Scope of Work and having development procedure clarified to add it to IKTVA reports.
• Make agreement with institutes (improve saudization required)
• Follow up with institutes and trainees
• Prepare share folder for record (amendment – contract soft copy – feeler report - insurance certificate - manpower - Performance Appraisal – vehicle - Monthly Saudization Status Report – weekly inspection). This will help to saving time, update information, saving all the information in data
