SCADA, Instrument & Control Engineer - Riyadh, KSA

The principal function of this position is to provide support to one of our WWTP projects Construction supervision team in Riyadh.

Within this job you can expect to:
- Provide control systems support for our construction supervision team on WWTP project.
- Work as part of a team and independently to evaluate, select and apply standard engineering techniques and procedures
- Make recommendations for control systems design, upgrade, and improvement
- Display strong communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines
- Maintain a mindset of health & safety in all aspects of project execution, office and personal environments
- Liaise with internal and external clients to develop relationships across the business and cooperation with engineers and designers across other disciplines

Requirements

- Bachelor of Science Degree, preferably in IT, Mechanical or electronics engineering
- 7 years experience in SCADA and Instrumentation automation in wastewater treatment plants
- Experience in the selection of process instrumentation and control valves. Experience on PC based software with ability to verify program results by alternative methods;
- Ability to size and select control valves, flow meters, pressure transmitters, temperature detection, density, and analytical devices (pH and conductivity).
- Must be able to interpret process flow diagrams and P&IDs; good knowledge of control systems such as SCADA, PLC
