Job description / Role
A global market leader in AI software has been based in Riyadh for several years and is listed in the top global fintech organisations. Developed by exceptionally talented individuals and having gained 100+ global clients, they have recently recruited a C-suite HR senior and are therefore looking to support him with a new team member. This role will allow the successful candidate to work remotely, but it is mandatory that the Scheduling Assistant works to the Saudi working week of Sunday- Thursday.
The role will support a fairly self-sufficient senior HR male with an exceptionally busy diary. The headcount of the organisation will increase further to an additional 100 employees in the next 18 months, so diary management is at the forefront of this role. You will organise the Chief People Officer’s day to day internal meetings with the board, senior leadership team and subordinates, alongside scheduling of external interviews and onboarding for the senior teams currently being recruited from around the world. In person meetings, google meets video calls and scheduling telephone calls will be required each day and it will take those with a high level of organisation and logical thinking to fully integrate his calendar. Meeting preparations with regards to IT equipment, catering facilities and room configurations will also be actioned alongside all document preparation in Google slides and HR budget and headcount reports in excel.
As recruitment continues in the future you will liaise directly with the selected candidates to ensure interview timings are managed appropriately. Regular performance reviews will also need to be entered into the diary and all the relevant documents prepared in advance. It is therefore essential that the selected candidate has excellent attention to detail, a professional approach and can ensure high levels of discretion and confidentiality at all times. Over time as HR policies develop and new joiners attend their first day, you will assist the CPO with all announcements and communications across all departments and levels of seniority.
Requirements:
This is a fantastic new position with the opportunity to support a dynamic and fast paced CPO in an ever-evolving environment. It is expected that you will have at least 2-3 years of diary management experience and be degree educated. As the company develops AI for the future, the candidate will also need to be tech savvy and implement this to bring about efficiencies and best practice methods. Those who are native Arabic speakers are particularly advantageous as are those immediately available and able to work remotely in a fully committed and self-motivating manner.
