eMagine is recruiting a Scrum Master for a leading, fast-growing Saudi technology company. If you’re passionate about agile delivery, team facilitation, and helping squads reach their full potential, this is your chance to make a real impact.

About the Role:
You’ll facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement for distributed engineering teams. As the company scales, you’ll relocate to Saudi Arabia and help foster a high-performance agile culture onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure agile best practices are followed, maintaining sprint velocity and project documentation.
- Support collaboration, communication, and productivity across distributed teams.
- Remove blockers and shield teams from external disruptions.

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with strong experience in distributed teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Scrum certification required (CSM, PSM); PMP or SAFe a plus.
