Our client is an established and reputable contracting company, based in Riyadh and operating across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They are currently seeking an Executive Secretary to join their team in their Riyadh Head office. The company specialise in construction, engineering, facilities management and hospitality services.

The successful individual will support senior-level staff members, assisting them in their day-to-day activity, giving them administrative support in all areas of their role. Candidates should be strong in all areas of admin and IT, be proactive, have excellent communication skills and be prepared to work in a fast pace professional environment. • Admin experience
