Security Delivery Consultant/Practitioner

Job description / Role

• Handle the daily IAM operations: onboarding new users, offboarding leavers, updating access for role changes, and making sure the right people have the right permissions.
• Assist with minor development, integration, and automation tasks to make IAM processes more efficient."
• Manage day-to-day BeyondTrust PAM operations, including onboarding/offboarding privileged accounts and managing access for critical systems.
• Monitor, support, and maintain BeyondTrust PAM environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot PAM-related issues such as failed access requests, vault errors, or session problems
• Collaborate with application owners, IT security, and audit teams to enforce privileged access policies and compliance standards
• Perform regular privileged access reviews, generate compliance reports, and remediate any issues
• Configure and enhance BeyondTrust PAM policies, workflows, and automation scripts.
• Good In development and integration tasks to improve PAM processes and efficiency.

• Expertise in Monitor and support IAM systems like SailPoint IdentityIQ, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, and Azure AD, keeping them running smoothly.
• Good Experience in Process access requests, approvals, and certifications according to company policies.
• Expertise in Troubleshoot IAM issues such as login failures, provisioning errors, and access conflicts.
• Good In Apply IAM policies and best practices in line with security standards like NIST, ISO, and SOX.
• Good In Perform access reviews, generate compliance reports, and help remediate any issues.
• Good in SailPoint IdentityIQ rules, workflows, and policies to automate and streamline IAM processes.
