Senior Account Director – Riyadh

Linum Consult’s client is a major organisation based in the Middle East. They are seeking a bilingual English- and Arabic-speaking Senior Account Director with a background in Communication & PR to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading the development and implementation of strategic public relations and communication services for both government and private entities
• Shaping the company’s public image, managing media relations, and enhancing stakeholder engagement through effective communication strategies
• Building and maintaining relationships with media representatives and influencers
• Drafting press releases, speeches, and other communication materials to promote initiatives and responding to inquiries
• Organising and leading communication campaigns that support community engagement and public awareness
• Developing and implementing crisis communication strategies to manage any potential issues and protect the company’s reputation
• Overseeing the creation of various content types, including newsletters, social media posts, articles, and reports
• Conducting some occasional business development

PROFILE

• Degree qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or similar relevant subject, ideally with a master’s degree
• At least 8-10 years’ experience in public relations and communications, with a focus on government and the private sector
• Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful communication strategies
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficient in digital communication tools and social media platforms
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Arabic

Salary:
