Job description / Role
• Full responsibility for full scope book keeping, support to country Finance Manager
• Handle day to day accounting entries and update the ERP on daily basis
• Timely book keeping and maintain quality of records - ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected and compiled
• Handle all the accounting functions mainly but not limited to the following: Payables & Receivables, Inventory, Fixed Asset Register, all tax returns preparation
• Responsible for completion and maintenance of general ledgers and reconciles balance sheet accounts
• Comply with Group Reporting/Accounting Manual
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements
• Responsible for the Interim and Year End Report to the Group under IFRS Reporting Standards.
Requirements
• At least 5-7 years of experience in Accounting, out of which at least 2-3 years at independent position
• Good experience in MS Office (Excel & Word) and ERP (SAP)
• Bachelor's degree from recognized university, professional accounting qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Experience in international companies in GCC region
• Good communication skills, developing managerial skills
• Transferable Iqama
