Job description / Role
Al Khobar
Full time
Salary: 10k-12k SAR

• Responsible for the general ledger of the company.
• Preparation of trial balances, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
• Maintaining cash balances and all banking transactions.
• Recording all cash/credit transactions as hard copies (payment voucher/journal voucher).
• Preparation of monthly inventory accounts and quarterly physical stock counts.
• Calculation of landed costs & stock valuation of materials.
• Timely payment to suppliers and reconciling international purchases.
• Verifying invoices with POs and Service Orders together with related documents.
• Inter-company reconciliation (debtors, creditors & bank statements).
• Responsible for maintaining records of Debit/Credit notes for payments/collections.
• Together with HR preparation of employee payroll and OT.
• Preparation of quarterly / yearly in-house financials.
• Updating budgets to reflect actuals vs. budgets.
• Supporting the head of finance with queries from ZATCA regarding Zakat, VAT and WHT.
• Supporting Company auditors at year end to produce yearly audited statements.
Requirements:
• Commerce Graduate (Financial Accounting) with familiarity in GAPP & IFRS accounting.
• Experience: 5 - 7 Years’ Experience in Saudi Arabia preferably working with a general trading and/or stock holding company.
• Accounting software: SAGE (Peachtree), Tally, Quick books, or any compatible software.
• Nationality: Saudi/Pakistani/Indian
• Company Location: Al Khobar
• Languages: Fluent in English (writing and speaking) and, if possible competent in Arabic.
• Package: SAR 10,000 – SAR 12,000 depending on experience and qualifications

10,000 to 12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
