Senior Accountant

Job description / Role

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business planning and decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and other regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
• Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices

• 1 – 5 years of proven experience as Accountant preferably in the trading sector.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Good with numbers and figures and has an analytical acumen,
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP, AX).

Salary:
SAR 7,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

TriStar Technical Co. is a Saudi Arabian company that owns and operates the first commercial Polycarboxylate Ether production facility in KSA. Our manufacturing facility is located in the 2nd industrial city, Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
