Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented GCC National Senior Architect to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, KSA.

We envisage success in this role to include:

• Develop and maintain professional and meaningful relationships with the client to ensure program and project requirements are being satisfied.
• Ensure the delivery of the contracted Design and Construction Management services to the client.
• Reviewing submitted shop drawings and material submittals against the drawings and specifications, local codes and statutory requirements and international best practice.
• Ensuring compliance with all KEO internal processes and procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication proficiency.
• Time management and task prioritization skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Architecture.
• Luxury fit-out construction experience is essential.
• GCC nationals will be preferred.
