Senior Architects to guide the team, must be strong leaders with outstanding interpersonal skills. The ability to bring out the best in others and get everyone working as a cohesive unit which can make or break a project. Communicating clearly so that information gets delivered accurately.
Job description:
- Establish design brief
- Focal point for the communication of design information
- Coordinate schedules, project man-hours, planning schedule and workloads of projects
- Co?ordinate design phase deliverables
- Manage and coordinate the design programme
- Anticipate design issues
- Direct the production of drawings and specifications
- Review architectural drawings and specifications
- Identify potential risks and opportunities
- Quality management of architectural drawings
- Coordination with client, sub-contractors, authorities and relevant disciplines
- Promote teamwork and collaboration
- Protect and enhance the Client’s interests
Requirements
Qualifications:
University degree in Architecture
Experience:
- 10-15 years
- Hotel projects experience
- 4 years KSA experience
