Job description / Role
A very interesting role has arisen to work for one of the region's top tier firm's, within their Riyadh Office. The firm has a very large presence across the Middle East Region and is one of the most reputable brands, appearing top tier in many practice areas including Corporate.
At this time, they are currently looking to hire a Senior Associate to work in a lead role within the Corporate Structuring practice. My client already boasts a healthy book of business in the Saudi Arabia market, and are looking to hire an experienced and entrepreneurial lawyer who can continue to build on this.
The Practice: The firm's dedicated Corporate Structuring Practice is a unique offering in the Middle East. Their Practice’s full-service solution advises a vast range of clients on the optimal corporate structures to achieve their business and commercial objectives. The strength of their team comes not only from our in-depth knowledge and experience of regional laws and regulations, but also from their awareness of local regulatory practices achieved through close working relationships with regulatory authorities and ministries. The practice expertise extends to structuring, restructuring and reorganising onshore and free zone corporate entities across the region.
The candidate should have excellent command of the English language (written and spoken) and have the ability to work with autonomy. In addition to having experience corporate structuring in Saudi Arabia, the successful candidate should also possess excellent relationship development and management skills, as well as be a keen business developer and networker.
Requirements
• Fluent English Language skills are Essential (Arabic lawyers with Fluent English language skills will also be considered)
• Lawyers should be admitted to practice law in their home country, or another foreign Bar/Law society.
• Arab state Law Society Admissions are Acceptable.
• Minimum 7 years+ PQE experience in a Corporate focussed practice
• Specific experience in Corporate Structuring is essential
• Saudi Arabia (KSA) experience is essential
• Preferably living and working in Saudi Arabia at the moment
