As a Senior Associate in Financial Planning & Analysis at Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy and driving business performance. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans.
• Conducting financial modeling and analysis to support investment decisions and evaluate capital projects.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and guidance aimed at enhancing profitability and performance.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports that highlight key findings, trends, and actionable recommendations.
• Monitoring key financial indicators and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Supporting the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and systems.
• Assisting with risk assessment and management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Participating in initiatives to enhance financial planning tools, systems, and reporting.

Requirements

To be considered for the Senior Associate position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-6 years of experience in financial analysis, with a background in the hospitality or entertainment sectors being preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and familiarity with financial modeling software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Languages: Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
