Senior Associate Lawyer - Saudi Admitted - International Practice

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate Lawyer who is admitted to practice in Saudi Arabia and has experience in international law. The successful candidate will join our dynamic team in Riyadh and play a key role in our international practice.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to clients on a wide range of international legal matters
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and international transactions
- Conduct legal research and analysis on international laws and regulations
- Participate in negotiations and settlements on behalf of clients
- Handle international dispute resolution and arbitration cases
- Collaborate with legal teams and experts across different jurisdictions
- Willing to be involved in management and training of Saudi trainees and junior attorneys
- Willing to stay with us for the long run, subject to a three-month trial period

- Saudi Arabia Bar admission and in good standing
- 6+ years of experience in international law and practice
- Excellent knowledge of international legal principles and regulations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment
- Proven track record of handling complex international legal cases
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken

Salary:
AED 40,000 to 60,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
