Job description / Role
A leading firm, with multiple offices in Saudi Arabia, is seeking to bring on board and experienced Saudi qualified Lawyer to join their teams in both Riyadh and Dammam.
This firm have an international Association that is set to be a trailblazer for the Kingdom with the NEOM projects, new data protection laws and major Infrastructure projects in the region…. all of which this firm is now involved with.
Suitable lawyers will be expected to manage their own case load and that of additional more junior individuals where appropriate.
SAR 40,000 to 60,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Suitable lawyers will be expected to have:
- At least 5 years of experience within a leading law firm
- Have gained at least a LL.M from a recognised university (but ideally will have a JD / PhD)
- Proven track record in a leading firm
- Comfortable working directly with clients and candidates
- Fully bilingual in both Arabic & English
About the Company
Executive search involves working with a third party, such as JEX Personnel.
Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries.
A search firm will tend to have extensive knowledge of and access to board directors and senior executives across industries and functions, allowing them to build a large pool of top executive talent
