Job Description:
A very interesting role has arisen to work for one of the ME region's top tier firms, within their Riyadh, KSA Office. (There is also opportunity to be based in Jeddah or Al Khobar) The firm has successful practices across the Middle East and is one of the most reputable brands, annually appearing tier 1 on legal500 in many practice areas including real estate.
At this time, they are looking for an experienced Senior Associate - Real Estate to take a senior role within their Tier 1 Real Estate practice. The role will report directly into the Regional Head of Real Estate, giving the successful candidate direct communication and input to the overall strategy and direction of the real estate market in KSA. They are looking for a lawyer who has the ability to lead transactions and have close working relationships with their key clients in the Kingdom. Also someone how has keen client development and business development skills, who can contribute towards the growth of the practice both nationally and regionally.

Established over 15 years ago, the Practice was the first of its kind in the GCC and the Firm has maintained a prominent lead in the real estate legal space since then. Their team of well-respected real estate lawyers harness an impressive blend of western and regional qualifications, contentious and non-contentious experience and bilingual capability. They are regularly consulted by governmental authorities on the content and drafting of new real estate laws and regulations. Their central involvement in the development of the underlying legal framework ensures our clients' access to unrivaled legal advice and insight.
Requirements
• Bilingual Arabic Language Skills Preferred, but not Essential. Fluent English Speakers will also be considered.
• English language skills should be fluent - both written and spoken.
• Lawyers should be admitted to practice law in their home country, or another foreign Bar/Law society.
• Arab state Law Society Admissions are Acceptable.
• Minimum 7 years+ PQE experience in a Real Estate/Property Law focussed practice
• Mid - Senior level Lawyer who possesses excellent client and business development skills.
• Must have GCC real estate experience
• Preferably living and working in Saudi Arabia at the moment
• (Candidates in other GCC locations will also be considered)
