Job description / Role
* Origination, execution and asset management of Investment opportunities globally (US, Europe, Asia Pacific, local / regional).
* Executing investment processes including managing work streams, from origination stage to closing, monitoring and exit

A global leading Financial Services entity that operates as regulator, catalyst and operator within the Saudi Government.
Description
* Handling execution of due diligence and sharing relevant information across functional groups;
* Liaison, coordination, supervision, procurement and negotiation of third party consultants (technical, financial, tax, legal, investment banks, etc)
* Managing internal junior team
* Covering direct investments, fund investments, REIT investments and investment in Real Estate companies
* Evaluating potential JV partners / investment managers
* Building detailed financial models including developing sensitivity analyses
* Production of the investment committee memorandum and undertaking quarterly reporting and investment performance monitoring
* On-going asset and development management of the firm's real estate portfolios
* Monitoring and analyzing real estate markets in key cities
* Supporting efforts to develop investment strategy and generate deal pipeline
* Identifying and evaluating potential acquisition or divestment of real estate projects including developing and maintaining relationship with potential partners/vendors
* Conducting hold/sell analyses develop and execute exit plans for divestment of infrastructure assets
* Making investment and divestment recommendations to Investment Committee

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree from top-tier university in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Engineering or Business from top tier university; Master's degree is a plus
* Minimum 5 years of working experience in real estate investment from deal origination to execution and post-investment asset management in US and / or European real estate
* Prior experience as a senior analyst / associate / investment manager within real estate investment banking, private equity or investment/asset management company
* Experience doing direct investments as well as indirect fund investments
* Proven deal execution track record across the US, UK, European real estate/ property sector
* Advanced analytical capabilities including creating, calculating and interpreting complex financial models - DCF, NPV, IRR etc
* Proficiency in investment concepts and property-related financial modelling
* Good team player with a high level of initiative, resourcefulness, and high standard of work
* Self-starter with ability to work independently with external partners and consultants
* Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressured and dynamic environment with significant deal flow
* Experience in leading and managing a team of internal members and overseeing / leading external consultants /advisors
* Good report writing in English as well as strong presentation and communication skills
