Job description / Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Associate to join our prestigious US International Law Firm in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of international law and a strong commitment to providing exceptional legal services. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of cases, work collaboratively with a talented team, and play a pivotal role in driving the successful outcomes for our clients in complex legal matters.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex legal matters and transactions in various areas of international law.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy formulation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including contracts, agreements, and other related materials.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to clients, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to deliver high-quality legal solutions.
- Mentor and train junior associates, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, representing the firm with professionalism and expertise.
- Stay updated on legal developments, trends, and best practices in the field of international law.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing international law, preferably with a focus on cross-border transactions or litigation.
- Strong understanding of both local and international legal frameworks and treaties.
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment, while also functioning independently.
Salary:
SAR
60,000 to 85,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
