Employment: Full Time

Development and successful execution of the sales strategy to achieve the financial revenue targets of the business. Management of junior BDM and account managing existing clients.

Description

* Identify potential leads and convert them into clients
* Own and achieve annual sales targets within the assigned Territory
* Develop and execute a strategic plan to acquire customers and achieve sales targets
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
* Understand customers' business needs and objectives; identify road blocks that prevent potential customers to enroll with the business and implement strategies to overcome such road blocks
* Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals, presentations and meetings
* Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, including possible regulatory issues

Requirements

* Strong sales driven background and character
* Ability to communicate efficiently and convince prospects to become clients
* Ambitious, driven individual with excellent contacts with companies in the Territory
* Proven sales experience, with strong track record and achievements in the business development / sales field
* Ability to communicate professionally, present and influence all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level
* Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to execution
* Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
* Proven ability to position products against competitors
* Demonstrable experience as business development manager, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
* Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Arabic and English
