Senior Civil Engineer (Construction Manager) – Jeddah, KSA

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Position: Senior Civil Engineer / Construction Manager
Availability: Immediate joiner required

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site civil construction activities.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Review engineering drawings, work methods, and material submittals.
• Verify that construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and authority standards.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project specifications and as per LAWS.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and manage site staff performance.
• Maintain clear communication between the site team and the design/office team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects (GCC/KSA experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, planning, and site management capabilities.
• Excellent knowledge of project execution, budgeting, and safety standards.
• Immediate availability for relocation/joining in Jeddah.
