Job description / Role
- To review, monitor and report on the cost management processes and procedures adopted and support the cost control and commercial supervision performed on the project by others.
- To check Variation orders and measurement of quantities.
- To check Unit Rates calculations.
- To check Procurement monitoring.
- To check Cash flow schedules.
Requirements
- Education and experience in Western countries.
- B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
- He must be accredited by a recognized western institution and merits adequate minimum experience of 5 years in the field of quantity surveying.
- Candidates shall be fluent in English and Arabic as a minimum requirement.
