Senior Contracts Manager

Job description / Role

• We are partnered with a long-term client who have been awarded several large projects in Saudi Arabia.
• An established consultancy with a strong reputation and due their project pipeline over the next 3+ years, we are looking to recruit several positions for the team in Riyadh.
• One of the pressing requirements is a Senior Contracts Manager/Director who has been involved on large scale projects such as Hotels, High Rise, Residential Buildings, Resorts and Cultural.
• The position will be based on an iconic project in Saudi which will be widely recognized once completed as it will form a major part of Vision 2030.
• We are looking for those individuals who have strong experience in FIDIC and aware of local construction laws so those who have worked in Saudi will be preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 20 years of experience
- Must be based and have worked in Saudi Arabia
- Must have experience on large scale projects in Saudi Arabia
- Strong experience in contract administration, cost control, cost analysis and claims
- Demonstrate leadership qualities

Salary:
SAR 45,000 to 53,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
