Role & Responsibility:
• A hands on professional who leads on the development and tendering for various construction contracts, including input into the proposal evaluation, recommendations.
• Preparation of complete and accurate contract documents for the customer’s commercial and legal team.
• Leads and performs all aspects of contracts administration driving compliance with contractual obligations and applicable procedures from award to contract closeout.
• Identifies risks and resolves, and/or oversees, the resolution of Contract claims as they develop, including engagement of other departments where necessary.
• Prepares, maintains and manages the control of registers, presentations, procurement/contract status documents, including reporting to the customer’s commercial team.

Requirements

• Recognized degree in Business, Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering or related field is desirable.
• Minimum 20+ years of experience in Contracts and / or Commercial
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively with various software applications, including SAP, Unifier, MS suite.
• Contract procurement/administration on integrated projects with a client utilizing construction, design and services forms of contract.
• Experienced with managing complex contracts on large scale infrastructure projects.
• Leading and developing staff from diverse backgrounds.
