Job description / Role
JEX Personnel are on the lookout for a Senior level corporate lawyer for one of our clients in Riyadh.
The client in question is a International law firm with numerous office in the GCC region and are looking to strengthen their M&A team with this Senior level hire.
Candidates will be working directly with the firm’s clients and will be expected to meet with them on a semi regular basis to keep them abreast of developments. In addition, Corporate lawyers will be required to win and maintain sold client relationships in addition to overseeing and working with more junior lawyers.
Salary:
SAR
45,000 to 60,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Suitable candidates will:
- Ideally be admitted (at least educated) from a recognised common law jurisdiction
- Have at least 7 years PQE behind them
- Worked within a leading international law firm previously / currently
- Confident with their client facing ability
- Committed to the Saudi market
- Proven track record in corporate M&A, JV matters
- Able to manage their own case load as well as more junior members of the team
