Join a leading law firm in Riyadh as a Senior Corporate Lawyer, where you will play a pivotal role in advising high-profile corporate clients on complex legal matters. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values expertise, integrity, and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on corporate law matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Represent clients in negotiations and coordinate with other legal professionals to ensure the best outcomes.
- Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support business objectives while mitigating legal risks.
- Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the development of the legal team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, with specialization in Corporate Law.
- Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within a top-tier law firm.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian corporate regulations and international business law.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple complex cases simultaneously with strong analytical skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity.
Salary:
SAR
38,000 to 50,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
