50-60K SAR (DOE) + Flights + Medical
Equiv $170,000 - 190,000 TAX FREE per year

A Leading Developer is looking to appoint a Senior Design Manager with creative concept design experience to work on Major Residential & Retail Projects (Mega-Malls)
• All work related to project designs at all stages, starting from preliminary studies for project feasibility, Concept Design proposals, design development, through finalizing tender Package in Short Time and in a manner consistent with the needs of the project and the desired objectives.
• Leading the team to accomplish all the work related to master planning & Building Designs.
• Review engineering design schemes in terms of engineering, technical, aesthetics & to be in compliance with building regulations for assigned project.
• Periodic meetings with the consultants to follow-up the project time schedule, discuss technical matters &working to reduce the cost of project, without affecting the quality of project design and the desired objectives.
Requirements
• Must be Degree in Educated
• At least 12-15 years experience
• Preferably 5-7 with an international company
