Senior Design Manager - Electrical - 15+ Years - Riyadh

The Senior Design Manager - Electrical is responsible for leading the electrical design team in developing innovative and efficient electrical systems for various projects. This role involves overseeing the design process, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with other departments to deliver high-quality solutions.

Our client is a leading development company leading a multi billion mixed use development in Riyadh, KSA

Description

* Oversee the entire electrical design process from concept to completion.
* Develop and review electrical design specifications, schematics, and layouts
* Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
* Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to the team.
* Ensure rigorous testing and validation of electrical systems.
* Address and resolve any design issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
* Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including plans, specifications, and reports.

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).
* Minimum of 14+ years of experience in electrical design engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
* Proven track record of successfully leading design projects in various industries (e.g., commercial, hospitality, residential).
* Strong knowledge of electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP).
* Excellent understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
