Senior Development Manager

Job description / Role

The Senior Development Manager is required to provide support for a “Project” in the due diligence, feasibility, business plan, joint venture (where appropriate), master plan, infrastructure plan, product mix, design and construction phases.

• Coordinate inputs of sales, marketing, finance, property/estate management and project & construction management.
• Coordinate as necessary internal and external teams in successfully preparing development briefs & plans for allocated Projects.
• Assist in securing multiple stakeholder (and JV partner agreement) in preparation of PCGs, Business Plans, Board Papers and Committee Presentations.
• Assist in obtaining approvals in accordance with strategic plans, business plans and development plans.
• Assist in driving the development process and ownership of the feasibility for allocated Project(s).
• Support the evaluation of new business and new market opportunities as required.
• Support the development and implementation of Development Policies & Procedures across the Development Function.
• Contribute and provide guidance to others in the implementation of the company’s development philosophy.
• Work closely with finance, property/estate management, planning, strategy, legal, sales & marketing, project & construction management teams.

Salary:
USD 20,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Candidates
• MUST have worked for a DEVELOPER for a number of years
• 10 Years minimum experience in Development Management
• Degree Qualified
• MUST have completed at least TWO (2) Projects
• Ability to provide two STELLAR references
