Lead DevOps practices jointly with the team.

• Installation, configuration, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of DevOps tools (source code management like Git, Azure, SVN).
• Drive continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) improvements.
• Improve automated monitoring and alerting systems for SLIs and SLOs.
• Automate responses for recurring problems.
• Build frameworks for software and application deployment.
• Build platform environments to support auto-scaling for the business.
• Organize, scale, and maintain application and deployment configuration templates.

Personal skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, site reliability engineering, or related roles.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, EKS, AKS).
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum, or DevOps culture and best practices.
