Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Document Controller to join our award-winning team based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This position is responsible for implementing, maintaining and controlling project document flow, filing and archiving according to KEO document control and QMS standards. Coordinating and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and faxes, and performing assigned administrative/secretarial duties as per project requirements.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

- Under general supervision, at project start-up, establishes and maintains Master Library for project documents.
- Assists in establishing and maintaining an effective and up-to-date electronic and hardcopy filing system for project documents.
- Maintains document control registers for incoming and outgoing project documents.
- Applies document control principles across engineering and supplier/contractor document control. Retrieves or generates electronic copies or hardcopies of technical documentation when required by Project Manager.
- At the time of project close out, arranges for document cataloguing, packing and archiving or disposal by appropriate means.
- Monitors and tracks archived material in terms of time, location and volume in collaboration with Facilities Team.
- Ensures confidentiality and security of all project-related documentation.
- Manages activities within own field of responsibility to ensure delivery to day-to-day, weekly and monthly deadlines.
- Uses initiative to ensure that work processes, procedures and systems are effective and efficient.
- Communicates effectively at all levels to support collaborative work practices and achievement of team goals.
- Manages own continuous development and support the development of colleagues.
- Maintains a Client-focused approach to the delivery of services of the team.
- Performs other duties as required. 

Job Specific Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Knowledge of document management standards, procedures and instructions including QMS.

Requirements

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include at least 10 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor Degree in a relevant field. Fluency in English is essential.
