JASARA PMC is on the hunt for a senior-level Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Senior Electrical Engineer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems across various infrastructure projects. Your expertise and leadership will be crucial in delivering innovative solutions that enhance project performance and ensure adherence to industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and analysis of electrical systems for a variety of infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated engineering solutions.
• Prepare and review detailed engineering documentation, including design calculations, specifications, and drawings.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
• Conduct site evaluations and troubleshoot electrical issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate into projects.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineering staff.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, particularly in infrastructure projects.
• Strong proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing project teams.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Experience in international standards and environmental engineering is an advantage.
