Senior Electrician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrician to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and mentoring junior electricians. Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical installation and maintenance projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Develop and review electrical plans, schematics, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Supervise and mentor junior electricians and apprentices, providing guidance on best practices and techniques.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical work performed, including repairs, installations, and inspections.
- Stay updated on the latest electrical codes, regulations, and technologies to ensure compliance and implement improvements.
- Assist in the budgeting and planning of electrical projects, providing estimates and resource requirements.
- Respond to emergency electrical issues and perform troubleshooting to restore services quickly and effectively.
- Ensure that all electrical tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition and report any deficiencies.

- Proven experience as an electrician, with at least 3 years or more in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and installation techniques.
- In-depth understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience with project management and leading teams in an electrical capacity.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications and licenses as required by local regulations.
- Proficient in the use of electrical diagnostic tools and software.
- A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk management.
