Alfanar Electric is the industrial arm of Alfanar, manufacturing a variety of low, medium, and high voltage electrical construction products.

Alfanar has a development and engineering center in Chennai, India.

Industrial Complex, Riyadh

The center of Alfanar's industrial activities is Alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses Alfanar's facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

Lead and oversee electrical maintenance activities, ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of electrical systems and machinery. Executing preventive and corrective maintenance, managing teams, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime.

Key Accountability Areas

Maintenance Execution and Support:

• Perform and provide technical support to the maintenance team in addressing unplanned machine breakdowns.
• Request and manage the control of electrical spare parts for factory machines.
• Report the root causes of breakdowns, equipment faults, and concerns to the management.
• Adhere to the 5S methodology to maintain high workplace standards.
• Ensure that all work is executed to a high-quality standard and complies with regulations.

Preventive Maintenance and Machine Life:

• Strategically plan and supervise the execution of preventive maintenance plans.
• Organize teams to ensure 24-hour coverage for maintenance activities.
• Efficiently plan and prioritize workloads to support production and optimize working time.
• Contribute to reducing energy costs within the organization.
• Foster a safe working environment to proactively prevent electricity-induced accidents.

Modification and Innovation:

• Design and implement modifications for production machines.
• Effectively manage, train, and coordinate the electrical maintenance team.
• Plan and oversee the execution of electrical installation work for new machines.
• Keep management informed of work progress through detailed reports and presentations.
• Support the company in enhancing profitability through efficient resource management and valuable recommendations.

• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

• Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products and services.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant field.

Work Experience

6 to 10 years.
