Job description / Role

Job purpose

Ensure that our products and services meet the highest quality standards. Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our software applications and IT systems. Develop and execute test plans, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to improve software quality.

Solve any related problems that arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products, processes, or related activities.

Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.

Comply with related policies, procedures, and work instructions.

Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined areas of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products and services.

Academic qualification

Bachelor degree in computer science or any relevant field.

Work experience

4 to 6 years.
