Job description / Role

Responsibilities

- Provide expertise in the design and implementation of Consultants Management policies and procedures covering all areas of activity ensuring results achievement effectively and efficiently
- Provide guidance in the identification and implementation of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices
- Remain abreast of Consultants Management leading practice and new trends, and identify recommendations for corrective measures, updates and improvements where required
- Establish working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Provide expertise and guidance in identifying stakeholder engagement barriers and recommend best courses of action
- Actively gain exposure and insights to local market development, business opportunities and the existing regulatory landscape
- Manage, guide and assist team to perform operations in accordance with set policies and procedures
- Collaborate with Human Resources function to identify and recruit talent for Consultants Management
- Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate / appraise incumbents and provide regular feedback on performance

- Conduct baseline studies to understand the organization's current practices, assess against strategic directions, and highlight identified areas of inefficiencies and concerns
- Conduct research on best practice and improvement opportunities in area of expertise, and assess applicability of identified opportunities based on baseline studies' outcomes and strategic directions
- Handle meetings with internal and external stakeholders to identify and document operational and organizational challenges and areas for improvement
- Coordinate plans to execute improvement opportunities, in specific area of expertise, and establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders on the progress of the initiatives to ensure smooth operations
- Manage wide range of strategic initiatives, programs, and projects of high impact in line with set plans and objectives
- Develop requirements for projects to be communicated to external stakeholders for execution
- Manage consultants and external stakeholders and coordinate with Strategy and PMO function for project implementation and reporting ensuring alignment with requirements and best practices
- Resolve issues that arise during projects implementation to ensure smooth project delivery and objective achievement
- Ensure the development of comprehensive reports and assess effectiveness of projects to identify improvement opportunities for future initiatives
- Develop studies and reports as needed to support President and key stakeholders in decision making

Qualifications

- 11+ years of experience in a Management Consultancy field
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Management / Engineering or equivalent is required
- Master's Degree in Business Administration / Management / Engineering or equivalent is preferred
- Doctorate's Degree in Business Administration / Management / Engineering or equivalent is preferred
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
