Senior Facilities Management Consultant

Job description / Role

Our client is a major facility management and maintenance services provider operating throughout the Middle East.

At present, a requirement exists for a Senior FM Consultant to work in KSA (Makkah & Jeddah) with a focus on corporate real estate & asset management. The successful candidate must have experience of working within a property environment, this could be within a consultancy practice (preference) or client property team. The Senior FM Consultant will have previous experience in areas such as FM strategy, Asset Management Strategy, property rationalisation, transforming delivery of property services, procurement of property services and business case preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work in teams or individually to deliver consultancy commissions, bringing corporate real estate and asset management expertise
- Deliver quality outputs on commissions in accordance with project briefs.
- Develop business networks internally and externally.

Requirements

- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Experience in a consulting environment is desirable but not essential
- Strong experience in property
