Senior Facilities Manager

Job description / Role

We are currently looking for a Senior Facilities Manager for our client, an FM service provider that is part of large group of companies based in Riyadh.

- Direct and manage all facilities maintenance and operational activities to ensure maximum efficiency and service delivery.
- Develop, monitor, and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet client expectations and achieve operational objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, establishing clear objectives and driving performance.
- Represent clients in technical discussions with contractors and third-party vendors to ensure compliance with agreements and quality standards.
- Monitor and control operational expenses, optimizing costs while maintaining service quality.
- Ensure strict adherence to local regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil preferred), Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Progressive experience in facilities management, with a proven track record in both hard and soft services.

Other:
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement.
- Comprehensive knowledge of KSA regulatory compliance and industry best practices
