Senior Facilities Manager - Client Side

Job description / Role

Currently we seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to be based in Madina, KSA.

The role will be client side and with a leading PIF company. Candidates should hail from an electromechanical or engineering background and have experience managing Facilities Management sub-contractors delivering both hard and soft services. In addition, candidates will have experience managing contracts, measuring performance against outlined SLAs and KPIs.

• Degree – Engineering
• Facilities Management or Maintenance management experience - client side, consultancy or top tier service provider
• Have managed subcontractor - Performance management (to KPIs and SLAs)
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent client relationship management experience
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication
