Senior Facilities Manager – PIF Company

Job description / Role

Currently we are seeking a Senior Facilities Manager for Tabuk, KSA.

The role will be client-side and with a leading PIF company. Candidates should hail from an electromechanical or engineering background and have experience managing Facilities Management sub-contractors delivering both hard and soft services. In addition, candidates will have experience managing contracts, measuring performance against outlined SLAs and KPIs.

Aside from the salary, our client will provide benefits including education allowance, annual bonus, flights and medical cover.

• Degree – electromechanical or engineering background
• Experience managing both Hard and Soft Services - client side, consultancy or top-tier service provider
• Have managed subcontractor - Performance management (KPIs and SLAs)
• Know what statutory compliance is needed in buildings
• A knowledge or understanding of SFG20 and BICSc will be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent client relationship management experience
• Ability to work under pressure
